Job Description:
As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. You’ll work alongside our experienced and dedicated team to ensure our clients’ homes and businesses are comfortable and energy-efficient.

Responsibilities:
• Install HVAC equipment, including air handlers, heat pumps, and furnaces
• Coordinate with other team members to complete installations
• Ensure all work is completed to code and meets manufacturer specifications
• Test installations to ensure they are functioning properly
• Troubleshoot system problems and provide solutions
• Provide excellent customer service and answer client questions

Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of experience in HVAC installation
• EPA certification
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Willingness to work outside in varying weather conditions
