Job Description: HVAC Service Technician

As a premier Trane dealer for residential retrofit and conversions, we understand the importance of providing top-notch service to our clients. That's why we need someone who is committed to delivering quality work and excellent customer service.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing maintenance, repairs, and installations on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. You will work with a team of professionals to ensure that all work is completed efficiently and to the highest standard.
Responsibilities:
- Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on existing systems
- Diagnose and repair issues with equipment
- Educate customers on proper usage and maintenance of systems
- Maintain accurate records of work completed
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification or licensing in HVAC
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC service
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Physical ability to lift and maneuver equipment
