HVAC Installer

Kentwood Plumbing & Heating is seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to join our team in Grand Rapids, Michigan. As an HVAC Installer, you will play a key role in installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties. Your expertise will help ensure our customers stay comfortable year-round.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with team members to install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment for everyone
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems
• Communicate effectively with customers to determine their needs and provide solutions
• Complete installation and repair projects within the timeline provided
• Document all work done, including parts used, labor hours, and any other pertinent information
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC installation
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and their components
• Willingness to work in various environments, including confined spaces and heights
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
