Job Description: HVAC Installer
Frisbee's Inc is a trusted name in the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) industry, serving customers in Sioux Falls and the surrounding areas. We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team. As our HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing heating and cooling systems for residential and commercial customers.
Responsibilities:
- Install HVAC units, including ducts and vents
- Troubleshoot existing HVAC systems and make repairs as necessary
- Properly handle and dispose of refrigerants
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems, including replacing filters and checking electrical connections
- Communicate effectively with customers, answering their questions and explaining system options
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Assist with estimating job costs and material requirements
- Ensure that all work is up to current codes and standards
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in HVAC installation
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of electrical wiring and HVAC tools and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- A strong commitment to safety and attention to detail
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
