Job Description:
We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled HVAC Installer to join our team in Wasilla, Alaska. As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing HVAC systems in commercial and residential settings. You will work closely with our team of experienced technicians to ensure that every installation is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
• Install HVAC systems in commercial and residential settings
• Interpret mechanical blueprints and schematics to ensure proper installation
• Properly remove and dispose of old systems
• Install ductwork and piping systems
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems as needed
• Ensure customer satisfaction with quality of work performed
• Follow safety procedures at all times
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of HVAC installation experience
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams
• Understanding of electrical wiring and controls
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying weather conditions
