HVAC Service Technician

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HVAC service technician to join our team. As an HVAC service technician, you will be responsible for servicing and repairing heating and air conditioning systems in commercial and residential properties. You will be expected to diagnose and troubleshoot issues, communicate with customers, and provide recommendations for repair or replacement of systems.

Responsibilities:
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on heating and air conditioning systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and make necessary repairs
• Perform installations of new HVAC units and related equipment
• Communicate with customers to explain issues and make recommendations for repairs or replacement
• Maintain accurate records of all repairs and services performed
• Participate in on-call rotation for emergency repairs

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification or license in HVAC repair preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC service and repair
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration principles, and electronic controls
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
