Mt Healthy Christian Home is currently seeking skilled STNAs to join our team. As an STNA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and record vital signs and medical information
- Administer medications under the supervision of a nurse
- Assist with transferring and ambulation of residents
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Maintain a clean and organized environment for residents
Qualifications:
- Valid State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification
- Current CPR certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
