HVAC Installer

We are a leading HVAC company in Raleigh, North Carolina, called AirMakers Heating and Cooling, LLC. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an HVAC Installer.

We need someone who can read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical manuals. You'll be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems for residential and commercial clients. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service, working independently, and resolving technical issues.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems and equipment
- Performing quality check inspections on all installations
- Maintaining accurate records of all installations, repairs, and maintenance performed
- Troubleshooting complex issues with the HVAC systems
- Providing excellent customer service and communicating effectively with clients to explain the work completed
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest technologies, safety standards, and installation procedures

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as an HVAC Installer
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of industry regulations, local codes, and safety standards
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent with a diploma in HVAC installation preferred
