Climate Masters, a leading HVAC company in Pearl, Mississippi, is seeking an experienced and reliable HVAC Service Technician to join our team. As our HVAC Service Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the comfort and safety of our clients by providing timely and efficient heating, cooling, and ventilation services.
As our ideal candidate, you will bring a wealth of knowledge and experience in HVAC systems, diagnostics, and repair. You will have a friendly and professional demeanor, with excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems, including cleaning and replacing filters, checking electrical and mechanical components, and testing system performance
- Diagnose and repair HVAC system malfunctions and breakdowns, including refrigeration, electrical, and mechanical components
- Install, repair, and replace HVAC system components, including air handlers, ductwork, thermostats, and compressors
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients and addressing their concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including labor hours and materials used
- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations at all times
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical school or other training in HVAC strongly preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC system maintenance and repair
- EPA certification required
- Strong understanding of HVAC diagnostics and repair techniques
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
