The primary function of the Administrative Assistant shall be to provide administrative/clerical support for the department to which he/she is assigned. He/she will be expected to perform various functions as needed with a high degree of effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepares and manages Senior Loan Committee Meeting (weekly)
- Tracking for approvals, uploading into internal platform, follow for corrections, sign and disseminate final copies, coordinate for Board Approval as needed.
- Organizes and manages third-party vendor lists
- Appraisals (Commercial/Residential, Environmental & Equipment reports for Business Banking and Construction Departments.
- Phase I’s, II’s & III as required by policy.
- Prepare and submit for review/approval of third-party vendor applications, monitor/update licenses as needed.
- Responsible to facilitate the payment of invoices for the department as well as for vendors.
- Greets customers, vendors and/or other visitors to the department and directs them to the appropriate personnel for assistance.
- Organizes and administers general office tasks as assigned; could include Exam prep, office machinery and others as needed.
Requirements:
- High School education
- 1-2 years of office work experience
- Read, write, and type English

Salary Range: $37,193 to $46,794
