Receptionist

Gainesville Health And Rehab Center is currently seeking a skilled and friendly Receptionist to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our facility, greeting visitors and ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner

- Answer and screen phone calls, redirecting calls as necessary

- Maintain and update records, including visitor logs and appointment schedules

- Provide general administrative support, such as filing, faxing, and photocopying

- Perform various clerical duties, including data entry and managing office supplies

- Assist in coordinating and scheduling meetings and appointments

- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distributing

- Ensure the security of the facility by monitoring access and issuing visitor badges

- Respond to inquiries and provide information to staff, residents, and families

- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

- Attention to detail and accuracy

- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office

- Friendly and professional demeanor

- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
