HVAC Installer

Location: Silver Spring, Maryland

Join our team at B.M.C./Clower Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. as an HVAC Installer and play an important role in delivering top-quality HVAC system installations to our clients in and around Silver Spring, Maryland. As an HVAC Installer, you will work on projects that involve residential as well as commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

The ideal candidate should have excellent technical skills and knowledge, including experience with HVAC equipment installation. We need an individual who can work independently and as part of a team, that has great communication skills, and is dedicated to delivering high-quality installations and customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Installation of HVAC systems, including ductwork and equipment
- Ensure that all installations comply with local codes and company standards
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating project status updates and resolving any installation issues
- Ensure the jobsite is kept clean and tidy
- Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines
- Assist team members as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Technical certification in HVAC or related field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience installing HVAC equipment and systems
- Knowledge of HVAC codes and regulations
- Ability to work independently or with a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
