What You Will Do:
1. Observe residents and report to the charge nurse immediately if any unusual conditions/accidents/incidents occur.
2. Assist with serving meal trays; feeds residents that need assistance; document food consumed for each resident assigned.
3. Pass out nourishments and water pitchers.
4. Care for clean/soiled linen.
5. Maintain clean and orderly resident rooms daily and assures that the call light cord is always within easy reach of the resident.
6. Make rounds on assigned residents including a physical headcount of assigned residents at the beginning of each shift and every 2 hours thereafter.

What You Will Need:
Active CNA certification from the State of New York
