- Adhere to all safety protocols when on job sites.
- Assist in training and mentoring HVAC apprentices.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certification in HVAC from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC service and repair.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with a diverse range of people.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings when necessary.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
