Shoreline Air Conditioning LLC is seeking a qualified HVAC Installer to join our team in West Palm Beach, Florida. As an HVAC Installer, you will have an essential role in installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems for our clients.

Responsibilities:

- Install HVAC systems, including ductwork, refrigeration lines, and electrical components
- Inspect and test systems to verify compliance with technical specifications
- Repair and replace defective parts in HVAC systems
- Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with clients to identify their HVAC needs and suggest the appropriate solutions
- Communicate any system issues or required repairs to clients in a professional and customer-friendly manner
- Keep accurate records of work performed and systems installed

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an HVAC installation training program or equivalent work experience (minimum 3 years of experience)
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused approach
