Senior Landman

Analyze, interpret, negotiate, acquire and prepare Oil and Gas Leases, Farmin/Farmout Agreements, Joint Venture Agreements, Joint Operating Agreements, Participation Agreements, Exploration Agreements. Examine and cure drilling and division order title opinion requirements. Supervise lease brokers and manage prospect lease acquisitions and expenditures. JOB REQUIREMENTS Landman with 7+ years of in-house industry experience, preferably including West Texas. Must have experience drafting all forms of agreements (O/A, F/I, F/O). Must be experienced in supervising brokers, buying leases and curing titles. Must have strong negotiation skills and the ability to work in a team concept on multiple projects.
