Job Description: HVAC Service Technician

In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential and commercial HVAC equipment.
Responsibilities:
● Troubleshoot HVAC systems and identify issues and repairs that need to be made.
● Repair and maintain all types of HVAC equipment, including boilers, furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps.
● Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure efficient and reliable operation.
● Communicate with customers about the status of their HVAC systems, repairs made, and recommended maintenance.
● Utilize technology to accurately document repairs made and parts used.
Requirements:
● High school diploma or equivalent GED required.
● Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
● 2+ years' experience in HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance.
● Experience with troubleshooting and diagnosing complex HVAC systems.
● Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
● Comfortable with using mobile devices and online tools for work-related documentation.
