HVAC Service Technician

Job Overview: As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients' heating and cooling systems are functioning at optimal levels. You will diagnose, repair, install, and maintain HVAC systems and components, ensuring they operate safely and efficiently. You will work with a team of experienced professionals who will support your development and success as an HVAC Service Technician.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, install, and maintain HVAC systems and components.
- Conduct routine maintenance, including filter replacements, lubrication, and cleaning.
- Respond to service calls and perform in-home and in-business diagnostics and repairs.
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment, including electronic controls, motors, and compressors.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all HVAC equipment and components.
- Follow established safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients, managers, and team members.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Required Skills and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Three years of experience in HVAC service and repair.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of electrical and refrigeration principles.
- EPA Universal Certification.
- Valid driver's license.
