Westminster Canterbury Richmond in Richmond, VA is looking for experienced dining servers to join our team. As a Food Server, you will be responsible for ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our residents and guests.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, staff, and the public with patience and courtesy.
• Read and understand written and verbal communication.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock of the dining area, following safety and sanitation standards.
• Use computer and required cleaning equipment, such as mop and broom.
• Assist with lifting and carrying items weighing up to 25 lbs unassisted.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1 year of related work experience preferred.
• Experience working with senior adults preferred.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
