Job Description:
We are currently seeking an HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing HVAC systems in residential and commercial buildings. As an HVAC Installer, you will play a critical role in ensuring our clients receive reliable, efficient, and durable HVAC systems.
Responsibilities:
- Install HVAC units, including ductwork, air handlers, and refrigerant lines
- Monitor and troubleshoot system performance
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Communicate with clients to answer questions and provide updates on project progress
- Ensure that all installations meet local and national codes and regulations
- Test HVAC installations for proper functioning before turning them over to clients
- Maintain accurate records of service calls and installations
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years of experience as an HVAC Installer
- NATE certification preferred
- Experience with installing a wide range of HVAC systems, including central air conditioning, heat pumps, and furnaces
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Solid knowledge of local and national HVAC codes and regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
