Responsibilities:
- Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems according to manufacturer specifications and local codes
- Perform equipment start-up and calibration
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with heating and cooling systems
- Effectively communicate technical information to clients and team members
- Adhere to safety standards and company policies and procedures
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC installation
- High school diploma or equivalent
- EPA certification preferred
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Ability to work in confined spaces and lift heavy equipment
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
