Responsibilities:

• Schedule appointments with precision and ensure smooth data entry
• Maintain the welcoming atmosphere of our reception area
• Lend a helping hand to our Doctors as needed
• Keep our office sparkling clean and manage various clerical tasks

Requirements:

• Proficiency in computers and iPad
• Stellar communication skills
• Experience in customer service
• Previous experience in a medical office would be a plus
