Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) 2-10 Sign on Bonus $2000

Caraday Mesquite is currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Aides (CNAs) to join our team. As a CNA, you will play a crucial role in providing physical and emotional support to our residents while promoting their independence and well-being.

Responsibilities:

- Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, eating, and grooming

- Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes in health status to the nursing staff

- Providing emotional support and companionship to residents

- Assisting with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting and transferring techniques

- Ensuring a clean and safe environment for residents

- Following all policies and procedures related to resident care and safety

Requirements:

- Valid Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) certification

- Prior experience in a long-term care or healthcare setting preferred

- Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with residents, families, and staff

- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks

- Physical stamina and ability to lift and transfer residents

- Willingness to work evening shifts (2-10) and weekends
