Job Description

At Barnes & Noble, we're looking for a passionate Bookseller to join our team! As a Bookseller, you will have the opportunity to share your knowledge with our customers, helping them find the perfect book for all of their reading needs. You'll be an integral part of our team, assisting customers with purchases, maintaining the store, and ensuring our shelves are always stocked! To be successful in this role, you will need to be an avid reader, have a customer-focused attitude, and have the ability to work as part of a team. Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and help them find the perfect book for their reading needs.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Promote store products and services.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Check in and restock inventory as necessary.
• Assist with merchandising and promotional activities.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints.
• Work collaboratively with other team members.
• Keep up to date on current book and author trends.
