Job Description:
As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for the repair, maintenance, and installation of HVAC equipment in residential and commercial buildings. Your working environment will vary, and you will be required to travel to different job sites daily. Here are some of the primary responsibilities:

- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair various HVAC systems, such as heating and cooling units
- Install new HVAC systems, including ductwork and refrigerant lines
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems, such as replacing filters and cleaning coils
- Respond to emergency repair calls promptly
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with local codes and regulations
- Clearly communicate with customers on the scope of work, cost of service and timeframe of repair
- Maintain accurate service records and report all issues to the supervisor.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build positive relationships with customers.
- Keep current with all HVAC industry trends, techniques and technological advancements

Qualification Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED required.
- 3+ years of experience in HVAC servicing, repair or installation.
- A valid certification or diploma in HVAC.
- Strong technical and analytical skills, be detail-oriented and able to solve complex problems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Possess a valid driver's license and good driving record.
