Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Assist in the management of the Nursing Department
Assist in the scheduling of the Nursing Department
Assist in the management of Regulatory Compliance
Assist in ensuring provision of quality care and service
Assist in staff development and education
Assist in the fiscal management of the department
Collaborate with Facility Management

Nursing management experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility is preferred.
