Job Description: HVAC Service Technician
Airmasters Heating and Air Conditioning is looking for a dedicated and experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team. As a HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial buildings. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a team. You should have excellent communication and customer service skills, as you will be interacting with clients on a regular basis.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose issues with HVAC systems and provide repair recommendations
- Install new HVAC systems and perform routine maintenance on existing systems
- Test HVAC systems to ensure they are operating efficiently and effectively
- Respond to emergency service calls and perform repairs in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed and materials used
- Communicate with clients on a regular basis to provide updates on work progress and answer any questions or concerns they may have
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- HVAC certification or relevant experience
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces
