Job Description
The Little America Hotel - Salt Lake City is seeking a dedicated and experienced Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages and light snacks, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and light snacks
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, making personalized recommendations based on customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and work area
- Operate coffee machines and other equipment with precision and care
- Assist in restocking inventory and monitoring supplies
Requirements:
- Prior experience working as a Barista in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of various coffee brewing methods and beverage preparation techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality service
