Local Manufacturer is seeking a long term, full-time Office Administrator.
Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
$25 - $30/hr dependent on experience
Medical, dental and 401k may be available.
Job Duties:
Customer service to include answering incoming calls. Handle walk-ins
(customers, sales, etc).
General IT solutions for employees and building.
Work with corporate to ensure that all licenses and registrations are
up-to-date and renewed as needed.
General Safety. File weekly and monthly safety meetings. Assist with safety
protocols when needed. Assure OSHA mandatory training is conducted and filed.
Facility and Equipment - File all Inspections & repairs for cranes,
vehicles, forklifts, etc.
Collect and mail all American Express receipts monthly.
Go to the Post Office and bank as needed.
Make sure office and shop supplies are stocked.
Receiving Invoices from Vendors. Make sure PO is issued and they match.
Making changes to PO, if necessary. Issue PO if necessary.
Assist with Purchasing and Receiving as necessary.
Review Freight Invoices for correct charges vs quoted price.
Receive items on PO if necessary.
Get quotes and prepare BOL and schedule freight shipments for outgoing,
inbound shipments and some 3rd party shipments.
Prepare labels for daily Fed Ex Ground, Fed Ex Express and UPS shipments.
Skills and Experience:
High school diploma required.
College Degree or some college preferred.
Previous experience in an office administration role or similar position is
preferred.
Strong understanding of office management practices and procedures.
Familiarity with NetSuite or similar accounting software is desirable.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with team members
and external partners.
