RN Supervisor

Contract Overview

This is a placement contract between you and the employer. If the employer hires a candidate you submit, you'll be paid the contract amount.

The payments begin when the candidate starts and are disbursed over time. The contract terms are:

• Market price: $500 USD
• Payment schedule: Paid monthly over 7 months

Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee the nursing staff, including registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants.
• Ensure the delivery of quality care that complies with all state and federal regulations.
• Evaluate and assess resident care plans, making adjustments as necessary.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and consistent care.
• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to maintain standards of practice.
• Maintain accurate documentation and complete required reports.
• Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, promoting a positive and professional work environment.
• Participate in staff meetings and continuing education programs to stay updated on best practices and industry changes.

Requirements

• Valid RN license in the state of [state].
• Proven experience as an RN Supervisor or similar supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations pertaining to long-term care.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Compassionate and dedicated to providing top-quality care.
• CPR certification preferred.
