Solaris Healthcare Parkway is now hiring a full-time Registered Nurse as an RN Weekend Supervisor, who is committed to providing the best life and care for our residents. The RN Weekend Supervisor is responsible for implementing the federally mandated assessment tool to identify needs / concerns of the resident and to coordinate a plan of care to assist the resident toward optimal wellness based on the highest practicable level of functioning. We are located at 800 SE Central Pkwy, Stuart, FL 34994.

REGISTERED NURSE SUPERVISOR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • MUST POSSESS Registered Nurse RN License in Florida
  • Experience as a supervisor in a Skilled Nursing Facility Required
  • Organizational Skills/Ability to Multitask
  • Must be available Friday/Saturday/Sunday
  • Ability to work with facility nursing management to identify and fix care documentation notes
