Maison de Lafayette, a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility, is in search of a dedicated and skilled LPN to join our team as a Weekend Special. This position requires working from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM on Saturdays and Sundays, allowing for a flexible work schedule during the week. As a Weekend Special LPN, you will receive a $3000 Sign On Bonus, competitive pay, benefits, and the opportunity to work in a supportive and fulfilling environment. We also have PRN positions available for those seeking part-time work.

Qualifications:

• Valid LPN license in the state of Louisiana
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation facility
• Excellent clinical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for assigned residents
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
• Monitoring resident's condition and reporting any changes to the healthcare team
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
• Ensuring documentation is accurate, complete, and in compliance with regulatory standards
• Providing education and support to residents and their families
