Land Surveyor Party Chief

Job Title: Land Surveyor Party Chief Job Description We are currently seeking an experienced Party Chief to perform a variety of tasks associated with land surveying in our North Carolina location. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects in the field. Responsibilities include supervising and collecting all field data for surveys, operating and instructing on the use of total station, level, RTK GPS Receiver, and data collectors, as well as performing construction stakeout, gas pipeline surveying, powerline surveying, topographic surveys, boundary surveys, and ALTA/ACSM land title surveys. Additionally, the role requires performing deed research when necessary. Skills Land Surveying Boundary and ALTA Surveying Operate Total Station Equipment Ability to manage multiple projects Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Work Site This is an on-site position requiring some days on-site in Wilmington, NC and some days travel.
