Calling all RNs! Join Loretto Health & Rehabilitation Center located at 700 E. Brighton Ave, Syracuse, NY 13205. Our Syracuse location is comprised of 2 buildings; the Cunningham building, a 13-floor, 487-bed long-term care skilled nursing facility, and Fahey Rehab, a 96-bed short-term residential rehabilitation program - the largest in Central New York. Our Fahey building offers specialized services including Palliative Care and Restorative Care. Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
- Oversee the delivery of Quality Patient Care
- Compliance with NYSDOH and CMS regulations and facility policies and protocols
- Orients, trains and mentors new employees
- Provides health training to patients and their families
- Assists in gathering and analyzing data for QAPI
- Acts as primary liaison with medical providers
Qualifications
1 year experience in nursing preferred
Current RN NYS license
Established patient assessment skills
Knowledge of best-practice standards
Skilled to respond to emergent situations
Ability to analyze problems, plan resolution strategies, implement solutions and evaluate outcomes
Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
Proficiency in speaking, listening, reading and writing the English Language is required

Pay Range $76000 - $88000 / year
