Job Description: HVAC Installer
Builders Heating Inc is a registered heating, cooling, and ventilation systems installation company serving Crestwood Illinois and its environs. We are currently looking for a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team. You will ensure quality installation of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems, as well as repair, maintain and replace worn-out systems. As an HVAC Installer in our team, you will be part of a larger group of professionals dedicated to providing our clients with exceptional services and ensuring their satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities of an HVAC Installer:
- Install, repair, maintain and replace heating, cooling ventilation systems
- Install ductwork and ensure it is well sealed, supported, and insulated
- Perform preventative maintenance per specified guidelines
- Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components
- Read, interpret, and sketch blueprints and layout specifications
- Train new employees or apprentices as directed
- Provide excellent customer services to our clients
Requirements:
- Must have a high school diploma/GED
- Knowledge of HVAC systems principles, equipment, protocols, and regulations
- Familiar with different welding methods
- Ability to climb, reach, work above the shoulders, lift light and heavy weight objects
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Possess exceptional customer service skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours as required and over-time as needed
