We are an established heating and cooling company, Roland Black Heating and Cooling. Our company specializes in providing expert facilities services for all refrigeration needs. We are currently seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team in Gastonia, North Carolina.
As an HVAC Installer with us, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining all HVAC equipment, including ductwork, furnaces, air conditioners, and more. You will also work closely with our team to ensure customer satisfaction and timely completion of all projects.
Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on HVAC equipment
- Work closely with team members to ensure timely project completion
- Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction with completed work
- Adhere to strict safety standards and company policies
- Maintain accurate records of all work completed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- HVAC certification or equivalent experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
