Responsibilities:

• Install HVAC systems, including ductwork, piping, and electrical connections
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as replacing filters and checking refrigerant levels
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems and provide effective solutions
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
• Maintain accurate records of all installations and repairs
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with customers

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience as an HVAC Installer
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong mechanical and technical skills
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and customer service skills
