Job Description: HVAC Service Technician
Gleason Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning is looking for a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Wauconda, Illinois. As a leading provider of HVAC services, we take pride in our ability to provide high-quality services to our clients.
As a HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for servicing, repairing, and installing HVAC systems. You will also be required to maintain and troubleshoot electronic and mechanical components of HVAC systems. You will work under the supervision of the Service Manager and collaborate with other professionals in the company to provide superior customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Provide routine maintenance and repairs for HVAC systems
- Install new HVAC systems and components
- Troubleshoot failures or malfunctions in HVAC systems and repair them
- Maintain and repair electronic and mechanical components of HVAC systems
- Communicate with customers to identify and resolve issues
- Ensure that all work meets quality standards and is completed on time
- Follow safety procedures and company policies.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician
- Familiarity with HVAC systems and components
- Knowledge of electronic and mechanical components of HVAC systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
