As an HVAC Installer at Sharp Energy Services, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and replacing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for our clients. We are seeking an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and working with a team of professionals who are dedicated to providing quality service to our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems according to specifications and industry standards
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems;
- Perform routine maintenance procedures on HVAC systems to ensure optimal functionality;
- Advise clients on the best HVAC solutions that meet their needs and budgets;
- Ensure the safety and health standards are met throughout the installation and repair process;
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients are satisfied with the service provided;

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems;
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to install HVAC Systems;
- EPA certification for handling refrigerants is required;
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards;
- Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions;
- Excellent customer service and communication skills;
