Receptionist (Sippican Healthcare Center)

Temporary (Approximately 3 months, June, July and August) 8 am to 4:30 pm

Answers, screens and transfers telephone calls to appropriate personnel in a courteous, professional manner. Takes accurate messages. Uses paging and intercom system appropriately. Greets, directs visitors in a friendly manner.

Requirements:

• High school graduate or G.E.D. with typing skills and knowledge of basic office procedures.
• Professional, pleasant telephone/communication skills.
• Possess the ability to deal with staff, visitors and residents in a professional, compassionate manner.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $15.50 - $16.50 per hour

• 8-hour shift
• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
