As a Dietary Aide, you will play a crucial role in providing nutritious meals and excellent dining experiences for our residents. Responsibilities:

- Assisting in the preparation and serving of meals to residents

- Delivering meals to residents' rooms, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

- Setting up and cleaning dining areas before and after each meal

- Assisting in the cleaning and sanitizing of kitchen equipment and utensils

- Adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines

- Assisting in inventory management and stocking of supplies

- Providing excellent customer service to residents and their families

- Collaborating with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient dining experience

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Prior experience in a similar role preferred but not required

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent attention to detail

- Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices

- Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds

- Valid food handler's permit or willing to obtain
