Multi-Site Property Manager (Casa De Marina)

Multiple apartment communities in the LA area. Currently have a Full Time, Direct Hire Multi-Site Property Manager position open for IMMEDIATE Hire. **Salary $80K to $90K + Occupancy Bonus + Annual Bonus 1. Main Office Location: Los Angeles, CA 90066 (Near Marina Del Rey) 401k, medical, health, dental, vision (company pays for a portion) 8:30-5pm with 1 hour lunch Responsible for 4 properties (10 min drive) total 485 Units- Mileage reimbursement Will be managing 5-10 people including Maintenance team Reports to Regional Property Manager Must be available to work 1 day out of the weekend until occupancy level reaches 97% (2 properties currently at 94% occupancy level; the other 2 properties are at 100% & 97% occupancy level) *Please provide your best number if interested in applying!
