Responsibilities:

- Responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs of HVAC systems.
- Conduct diagnostic tests to identify the root cause of HVAC system malfunctions.
- Install, repair, and replace HVAC components as necessary.
- Test system performance to identify any inefficiencies and provide solutions to optimize energy efficiency.
- Interact with customers in a professional manner to address their concerns.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of service calls and customer communication.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC service and repair.
- NATE certified or equivalent certification.
- Experience working on various types of HVAC systems including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning.
- Ability to follow job specifications and safety protocols.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
