Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic assessments and troubleshooting of HVAC equipment to identify any malfunctions or issues.
- Conduct preventative maintenance tasks to prolong the lifespan of HVAC systems and minimize future repairs.
- Install, repair, and replace HVAC equipment, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation systems.
- Collaborate with customers to provide exceptional service, answer their inquiries, and address any concerns.
- Safely handle and dispose of refrigerants in compliance with industry regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of service visits, including repair time, materials used, and any additional recommendations for customers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements, technical updates, and relevant regulations to enhance your knowledge and skills.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician, with a strong understanding of HVAC systems and components.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to quickly diagnose and resolve HVAC issues.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions accurately.
- Exceptional customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients and provide solutions to their HVAC needs.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that involve bending, lifting, and working in various environmental conditions.
- EPA Universal Certification is preferred.
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings and weekends, as needed.
