Job Description: HVAC Installer
Schwantes Heating & Air Conditioning is currently seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to join our team in Stillwater, Minnesota. As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing and repairing heating and cooling systems in a variety of commercial and residential properties.
At Schwantes Heating & Air Conditioning, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service with quality workmanship. As an HVAC Installer, you play a crucial role in achieving this goal. You will be responsible for ensuring that all installations and repairs meet the required safety and quality standards and are completed within the specified timeframes.
Job Responsibilities:
-Installing heating and cooling systems in both commercial and residential properties.
-Diagnosing and repairing heating and cooling systems.
-Conducting preventative maintenance on HVAC systems and components.
-Working closely with other team members to complete installations and repairs within the specified timeframe.
-Ensuring that all installations and repairs meet the required safety and quality standards.
-Providing exceptional customer service to clients.
Qualifications:
-At least 3 years’ experience as an HVAC Installer.
-Knowledge of all types of heating and cooling systems including, but not limited to, gas furnaces, electric furnaces, heat pumps, ductless HVAC systems, and central air conditioning systems.
-Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
-Strong communication skills to explain technical issues to non-technical clients.
-Ability to work independently with little supervision.
-Valid driver’s license.
