Closes:  October 8, 2024 Starting Range:  $26.61 to $34.19/hour Full Range:  $26.61 to $37.98/hour Job Description This position supports the Clean Energy Solutions team in the development and coordination of customer-facing, regulated programs and responsibilities in Renewables, Storage, and Transportation Electrification Solutions.  Enables business growth in new and innovative areas aligned with Avista's clean energy, resilience, and affordability goals, with guidance and direction from team Product Managers and working cross-functionally across multiple departments including operations, regulatory affairs, accounting/finance, and customer service. Responsibilities in several program areas involve daily activity coordination, customer communications, data collection, documentation and reporting, program and contractor/vendor performance analysis, and continuous improvement.  May coordinate and implement daily operations of Avista's Products and Services customer offerings.  Works internally with the Contact Center, Regulatory Affairs, External Communications, and multiple other departments throughout the organization to provide support, organize, and complete assigned tasks, including but not limited to program applications, rebate processing, review, and data collection. Requirements Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred. One year of related experience. Past direct customer interaction required. Effective and flexible oral and written communication skills. Knowledge of company policies and procedures is preferred. Ability to coordinate multiple tasks with minimal supervision. Excellent organizational skills and follow-through. Proven ability to work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders on related issues. Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and Teams Other combinations of education and experience may be considered.
