Contract overview
This is a placement contract between you and the employer. If the employer hires a candidate you submit, you'll be paid the contract amount.
The payments begin when the candidate starts and are disbursed over time. The contract terms are:
Market price: $4,300 USDEst.
Payment schedule: Paid monthly over 12 months
Badger Heating & Air is currently seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Service Technician to join our team. As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and installing heating and cooling systems for our clients. You will also support our preventive maintenance program and complete service reports accurately and on-time. You are a problem solver who operates with professionalism and keeps up with the most current industry standards and best practices.
We are looking for an individual with excellent communication and customer service skills who can work collaboratively with our team of professionals. Your ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide efficient solutions to clients will be a key to success in this role. As a member of our team, you will work in both commercial and residential environments. You will also receive support to develop your skills and advance your career.
As a HVAC Service Technician, you will:
- Perform maintenance, diagnosis and repair of commercial and residential HVAC systems.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Interpret and analyze technical data and documentation.
- Complete and submit accurate service reports on-time.
- Maintain service vehicle and equipment.
- Develop proficiency in new technologies and industry standards.
You will bring to this role:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with diagnosing, repairing and installing, heating and cooling systems.
- Proficiency with technical documentation and diagnostics software.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and work in tight spaces comfortably.
