Zettlor is available to commercial sauna, cold plunge, and bathhouse operators across Canada. If you run a room with seats and a schedule, the software fits: a Finnish sauna in Toronto, a Nordic spa circuit in the Laurentians, a plunge studio in Vancouver, a community banya on the Prairies.

Payments in Canadian dollars

Checkout runs on your own Stripe account in Canadian dollars. A guest pays in CAD, the money lands in your Canadian bank on your own payout schedule, and no currency conversion happens in the middle. You keep your processing relationship, your payout timing, and your dispute handling. Zettlor takes a small percentage per booking and never sits between you and the funds.

You also remain the merchant of record. GST or HST collection and remittance stay with your business and your accountant, the same as any checkout you run yourself, so moving booking onto Zettlor does not change how you handle tax.

How it works for Canadian operators

The session is the unit. A room carries its own seat count and fills seat by seat, so one booking never blocks a room that still has seats to sell. Shared sessions and private buyouts are separate products at separate prices, which matters for the group bookings that fill Canadian rooms in winter. A contrast circuit of hot room, cold plunge, and rest sells as one session with one seat. Checkout holds a seat while the card is processing so two guests cannot pay for the same last seat, and memberships and prepaid credits are counted in visits and value.

Built for a winter-peaked schedule

Canadian demand is seasonal in a way most markets are not. From November through March, evening sessions sell out and the grid runs at capacity. Summer softens. Because the schedule is set per room, you can trim blocks in the slow months instead of discounting them, and memberships and prepaid credits carry your regulars through to the next cold snap.

Multiple locations

Operators running more than one location manage each room and schedule under one account, with pricing and memberships set per location. The booking surface stays consistent for guests across your sites.

Getting started

You can move one room onto Zettlor first, keep the rest of your booking wherever it already works, and expand when you are ready. Bring your own Stripe account through the change so nothing about your money movement has to restart.
