What Zettlor does today
Card receipts and many email receipts reflect Stripe Connect business name and branding. Zettlor has no override for what appears on the guest's card statement in settings. Partial fix: update business profile and receipt settings on the connected Stripe account.
This behavior is partial: some of it is live, and the rest is a desk workaround rather than a missing settings screen you should hunt for. Guest booking, cancel, and credit self-serve steps stay on Help. This page is for operators.
Desk path
Log into the Stripe Dashboard for your connected account (linked from Integrations → Payments). Update business name, support phone, and receipt branding there. Re-run a small POS or booking charge to verify the guest sees your brand.
Do not invent a settings path beyond what is listed here. If the product does not include a control, the desk workaround is the path.
Failure mode
Operators search Zettlor settings for receipt text and find nothing. Guests see Zettlor or a generic descriptor on card statements while the fix sat in Stripe all along.

Alchemy updates their Stripe Connect business name so cold plunge POS charges show Alchemy on the guest bank app instead of a generic label.
A sauna and cold plunge operator can copy the shape of this example without copying another brand's private pricing or customer lists.
How to do this
- Open Integrations → Payments and jump to the connected Stripe account.
- In Stripe Dashboard, set business name and receipt branding on that connected account.
- Run a test charge and confirm the guest receipt and statement line show your sauna brand.
