• Providing administrative support to our leadership team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing meeting materials.
• Handling a variety of administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and document management.
• Serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
• Assisting with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as needed, demonstrating a flexible and adaptable approach.
